Contovista, the swiss leader in data-driven banking and True Wealth, a pioneer in digital wealth management, see great potential in the combination of Robo Advisors and Machine Learning and therefore conclude a strategic partnership.

The combined use of the two fintech banking products aims to sharpen bank clients’ understanding of their own finances and raise their awareness of individual investment opportunities. To this end, Contovista uses machine learning technology to determine the investment affinity of bank customers and delivers personalized recommendations directly in e-banking or customer portal. On the basis of individual risk-return preferences, investors are then proposed a portfolio including a projected return, for which True Wealth can then open a securities account in a fully automated manner.

Thanks to this solution, bank customers receive an intuitive and functionally attractive investment experience directly in the online banking environment. Daily reporting and the possibility of making deposits and withdrawals at the touch of a button offer users full control and transparency at all times. In the future, banks will be able to identify potential investors more easily and address them more targeted and personalised on all channels in order to show them the potential of investment opportunities.

First integrations already show the great potential of machine learning-supported sales models. In the course of a private credit campaign, Contovista was able to increase the closing rate by 68% compared to conventional sales methods of its bank partner.

Silvio Böhler, Head of Technology at True Wealth explains: “With Contovista, bank customers with investment potential can be identified in a more targeted approach, and then receive a simple and effective investment strategy from us, in a fully automated manner. Especially in view of challenges the industry is facing as a result of digitalisation, efficiency is a key factor in future market cultivation.”

Gian Reto á Porta, CEO and co-founder of Contovista, adds: “True Wealth’s many years of industry, process and integration expertise in digital asset management and our analytics solutions complement each other perfectly. Together, we want to support banks in their efforts to be more successful in serving their customers, reducing business risks and maximising revenues. In short: increase competitiveness and smoothly manage digital transformation in the investment sector as well.”
