e-foresight, Swisscom’s banking think tank, has analysed our current PFM version 3.0 in a comprehensive report and concludes, among other things, that «the new design represents a clear added value over the current solution, especially on mobile devices. Integrated into the current mobile banking apps of many banks, PFM 3.0 has the potential to reduce the neo-banks’ lead over Mobile UX.»
As a further conclusion, «PFM 3.0 will provide the basis for new use cases (e.g. data for tax returns, benchmarking of expenditures). The communication with the customers, however, must be more clearly aligned by the banks to ensure the added value of the solutions.»
